About Garcia Yard Maintenance LLC

Johnson Creek runs low and cool through Lents in July, and the blocks around it hold the heat well into the evening. Garcia Yard Maintenance LLC works those streets early, cutting before the day turns, edging the strip between sidewalk and curb, trimming around fruit trees and fence posts. Midsummer lawns in outer southeast want a higher blade and a sharper one; done that way, the grass keeps its color into August instead of going to straw. There is fertilizing and weed control across the growing season, aeration and overseeding once the rain returns, and leaf cleanup after the maples along Foster let go. The yard left behind should look level, even and finished — nothing more, nothing skipped.
