About Greenthumb Landscaping & Irrigation Service LLC

Out here on the Umatilla, green isn't given — it's carried in by pipe and timer and a careful hand. Greenthumb Landscaping & Irrigation Service LLC keeps Pendleton lawns drinking through the long dry stretch, when the plateau turns the color of straw and the afternoon light comes in sideways and hot. Heads get set so the spray lands on grass instead of sidewalk, lines get blown out before the first hard freeze, and the mowing follows a straight, unhurried line. There is a real satisfaction in walking a yard at dusk while the sprinklers tick over and the whole block smells like wet soil. The work is mowing, edging, trimming, cleanups, and the water that makes all of it possible. Pendleton and the towns strung along the river get the same attention.
