About Legacy Roots Outdoor Services LLC

The first mow of the year in Newberg is a small ceremony. Somewhere in March the rain lets up three days running, the ground along Hess Creek firms enough to walk, and everything that has been growing quietly all winter finally gets cut back to a line. Legacy Roots Outdoor Services LLC starts the season right there, mowing, edging, trimming and hauling off the winter's debris, then keeps the rounds going while valley grass does what valley grass does, which is grow nearly year-round. The pleasure of that first pass is hard to explain to anyone who hasn't smelled it. A yard that looked shaggy and sodden at breakfast is crisp by afternoon, and spring feels like it has actually arrived.
