About Porter's Landscaping

The hazelnut orchards out toward Rickreall get swept bare in early October, their floors raked smooth ahead of harvest, and there is a lesson in that for anybody who keeps a yard. Porter's Landscaping brings the same habit to Monmouth lawns — leaves cleared before they pack down, the final mows timed to the forecast, beds cut back and edged so the lines survive the wet months. Autumn in Polk County arrives politely and then all at once, and the difference between a yard that handles it and one that does not comes down to a few well-chosen visits. Shrubs shaped, borders cut fresh, debris carried off rather than piled. A property put away right in October asks half as much of you in March.
