Vazquez Lawn Care

About Vazquez Lawn Care

In October the old rail grade of the OC&E Woods Line runs east out of Klamath Falls under cottonwoods that let go all at once, and the same thing happens in every yard in town about a week later. Vazquez Lawn Care meets that week head on, raking and blowing leaves out of the corners where they mat down, clearing them off the turf before the first hard freeze pins them there. The mowing continues while the grass still asks for it, dropping the height gradually as the nights sharpen, and dethatching and a fall feeding go in to set up the spring. Then the tools change and the routine resets in April, one cut at a time, all the way back through a dry ponderosa summer. Careful, repeated work, and a yard that stays raked down to the green.
