About J&J Maintenance, LLC

King City is a small grid of quiet streets tucked off 99W, with Bull Mountain standing over it and the Tualatin River bottoms holding fog on cool mornings until the firs finally shed it. J&J Maintenance, LLC works those streets on a regular round — mowing, edging along the walks, trimming the corners, and keeping the shrubs and beds from creeping over their lines. Under all that shade the growth is slower but the moss and leaf litter never quit, so cleanups matter as much as the cutting does. A neighborhood this compact holds a standard, and one well-kept yard makes the next one easier to keep. That is the work: tidy frontage, clean edges, nothing left to haul off yourself.
