About Brandon's Landscape Maintenance LLC

Autumn mornings in Harrisburg begin under river fog, the Willamette breathing it up over the bank and through the cottonwoods at the riverfront park until the whole town stands soft-edged and dripping. Brandon's Landscape Maintenance LLC is out in that hour, cutting wet grass on the streets between the levee and the highway, boots dark to the ankle. Leaves come down heavy along these old blocks, and gathering them off a lawn before they mat and yellow the turf is most of what October asks. There is a real pride in the moment the fog lifts toward mid-morning and the yard is already finished, borders cut in, beds raked out, the mower long since quiet. Small-town streets show their care from the sidewalk, and a lawn kept level and clean is the easiest thing a house can say about itself.
