About Pound lawn service llc

West of Haines the Elkhorn Mountains keep their snow long after the valley floor has gone green, and the land below runs out flat and bright in hay and sagebrush toward the Powder River. Pound lawn service llc works the yards and wide lots of that country, where wind comes down off the range with nothing to slow it and grass grows in fast, thirsty bursts. Mowing starts early here, before the high-desert sun has any weight to it, and finishes with the trimmer line singing along fence posts and the tall poplar windbreaks that mark one place from the next. There is a plain satisfaction in a lawn that reads orderly and green against all that open ground, a tidy square of it under a very large sky. Clippings cleared from the drive, borders cut straight, the whole yard handed back before the noon heat settles over Baker Valley.
