About Monument Landscape Services, LLC, LCB#8790

The first mow of the year around here usually lands in March, on a day between rains when the ground gives just enough underfoot. Monument Landscape Services takes that cut deliberately — high, slow, no scalping of the low spots — because everything the lawn does in May depends on how it was treated in March. Out across Jerome Prairie the madrone leans over the fence lines and the blackberry starts its yearly argument with every border, and both get answered with a trimmer and a straight edge. Overseeding goes down where winter thinned the turf, and the clippings get gathered rather than left in wet mats. Southern Oregon springs move quickly, and it is a real pleasure to be ready before they do.
