About Tilikum Tree Care

Spring at Cape Sebastian brings whales past the headland and wild iris out on the bluff, and the myrtlewoods below finally dry enough to work beneath. Tilikum Tree Care moves through Gold Beach and the Pistol River country in that window, pruning fruit trees and shoreline conifers, trimming limbs off roofs that spend nine months under rain. Tree removal on small coastal lots is measured in rope and patience, brought down between the house and the propane tank without a scratch on either. Winter is the other half of the year: storm damage cleanup after a southwester, chipping debris and hauling out what a wheelbarrow never could. The work leaves a place looking cared for, which on this coast is its own kind of weatherproofing.
