About JSE Maintenance

Highway 101 wakes up early in Florence — delivery trucks first, then the coffee line, then everyone else — and the frontages along it look better for being handled before any of that. JSE Maintenance runs the weekday early shift, mowing strips and lawns, edging the curb line, and clearing the walk so the first customer of the day steps onto something swept. Mild wet winters mean the grass keeps growing here when it has stopped almost everywhere else, so the schedule holds year-round rather than pausing. Feeding and weed control keep the turf even; a straight edge along the sidewalk does the rest of the talking. By eight the truck is gone and the only evidence is a property that looks squared away.
