Wind comes off Fern Ridge Reservoir all summer and dries the west-side lawns faster than anyone budgets for. OregonScapes cuts with that in mind — leaving a little more leaf through August, feeding when the roots can actually use it, keeping edges tight so even a thirsty lawn still reads as tended. Weekly mowing, string trimming, blowing down the hard surfaces, and cleanups at both ends of the season fill out the rest of the calendar. By late September the rain returns and the grass makes its second run at green, which is the stretch worth being ready for. Same crew, same route, week to week.
