About Horizon Landscape Maintenance

South of town the geese winter over the fields around Finley, and on a January afternoon the light goes amber and then disappears in about twenty minutes. Horizon Landscape Maintenance works Corvallis yards inside that narrow daylight — leaves and fallen limbs cleared off the turf, beds cut back, hedges trimmed while their shape is still easy to read. Wet-season lawns need clearing more than cutting, and clearing them is what keeps moss from claiming the whole thing. When a dry stretch arrives, the mower goes back out. It is ordinary work, and it is why the grass is ready when the valley turns green again.
