About Holm's Landscaping

Down at Farewell Bend the footbridge crosses water so clear you can count the stones, and the grass runs right up to the bank. Holm's Landscaping keeps lawns like that all through the south end of town — mowed on a regular turn, edged against the concrete, string-trimmed where the mower cannot sit level, cleared of clippings before anyone gets home. Pumice ground drains fast, so aeration, overseeding and fertilizing are what keep a lawn from going pale by August. The spring opens with a cleanup and the fall closes with one. In between, the work is simply showing up and cutting it straight.
