About Central Oregon Professional Services

South toward Sunriver and La Pine the lodgepole closes in, the ground turns sandy, and frost can find a lawn in the middle of August. Central Oregon Professional Services plans for that shortened season with an early spring cleanup and mowing as soon as the grass will hold a cut, then trimming and edging on every visit through the warm months. Fertilization goes down in measured rounds so growth never gets pushed into a cold snap, and weed control keeps the invaders off thin ground. Fall means needles off the turf, a final low cut, and aeration while the soil still gives. When the cold takes hold for good, the yard has been put away right.
