Bend Landscape

About Bend Landscape

East of town the green stops and the country goes to sagebrush and old juniper all the way out to the Badlands, which is what makes a kept lawn in Bend feel like something someone decided on. Bend Landscape does the deciding work: mowing on a set week, trimming along fences and juniper trunks, edging the drive, clearing the cuttings. June days push into the eighties while the nights still drop toward freezing, so feeding and weed control get placed where the grass can actually use them. Aeration opens up ground that packs hard in this dry air. The line between yard and desert stays sharp because somebody keeps drawing it.
