About Peter’s Lawn Services LLC

Bryant Park sits in the crook where the Calapooia gives itself up to the bigger river, and in October the cottonwoods there let go of everything at once. Peter's Lawn Services LLC spends that stretch of the year on Albany yards with rakes, blowers and mowers — leaf cleanup, a final low cut, edges recut, beds taken down for the winter. The rest of the season is weekly work: mowing, trimming, keeping the borders honest. Rain returns to the valley in earnest right about then, and a yard cleared before it lands stays clear a great deal longer. It is a small thing to hand someone, and they notice it every time they pull into the drive.
