About Northwest Tractor Services

East of Albany the ground rolls up toward Knox Butte and the properties get larger — an acre of grass, a gravel drive, hazelnut rows along the back fence. Northwest Tractor Services handles lawns at that scale: broad mowing, trimming along fence lines and outbuildings, edging where the gravel meets green, and the cuttings cleared off when the job is finished. August turns the valley dry and dusty so the mowing height goes up; by November the ground is soft again and the work shifts to clearing what has fallen. Days start early out there, ahead of the heat, while the grass still holds dew. What's left at the end is a wide open lawn cut in even lines, which is a good thing to stand and look at.
