C-Green Lawns

About C-Green Lawns

East of town the North Canadian widens into Lake Overholser, and on still mornings the fog lifts off the water and drifts back across Yukon's eastern edge, beading on every blade of grass. C-Green Lawns starts on days like that — dew-heavy, quiet, the mower leaving a darker green track behind it. Storms roll through this country fast and hard in spring, and what they leave is a lawn that grows an inch overnight and needs a hand. Mowing, edging, trimming and clipping cleanup are the whole answer, repeated until the yard looks like it was laid out with a straightedge. When autumn arrives the same route turns to raking and leaf removal, and the cottonwoods make certain there is plenty of it.
