Hill's Lawn Service

About Hill's Lawn Service

You can hear the turnpike from parts of Wellston, a low steady sound underneath everything, and in late October it arrives with the first cold mornings. Hill's Lawn Service is out in that weather — final mows, trimming, and leaf and yard cleanup before the ground locks up for winter. Frost silvers the pasture edges and lifts by nine, and the grass takes the last cut it will get until spring. Closing a yard out clean in fall is exactly what makes it easy to open in March. There is no shortcut to it, only the rounds, week after week, until the season lets go.
