About Curt’s Lawn Co.

Wagoner at first light is quiet enough that you can hear a trailer ramp drop two streets over. Curt’s Lawn Co. favors that hour, when dew still silvers the grass in the Queen City of the Prairies and the first pass of the day lays a dark stripe across a yard nobody has walked on yet. Mowing, string trimming, edging, a clean sweep of the drive — plain work, carried out to every corner and fence post. By the time the town is fully awake there are three yards finished behind the truck, each one crisp where the turf meets the walk. Some mornings the whole trade feels like getting paid to watch a place wake up tidy.
