Whitetail Cedar Works

About Whitetail Cedar Works

Eastern redcedar crowds the fence lines outside Tuttle, dark green against winter grass, and at dusk the deer step out of it into the open. Whitetail Cedar Works keeps the tended side of that line in order — mowing, trimming around posts and outbuildings, edging the walks, clearing the yard of whatever blows into it. Out where town gives way to pasture, the difference between kept and unkept is one sharp boundary, and holding it is the work. Regular cutting runs through the growing season, with cleanups at spring and fall. Everything cut leaves with the truck.
