About Shawn's Lawn Care Edmond

Stand on Main Street in Tishomingo at noon in August and the granite of the Chickasaw National Capitol throws the light straight back at you. Shawn's Lawn Care Edmond takes on the town's summer routine when the heat is doing its worst: weekly mowing, string trimming along foundations and fence lines, sidewalk edging, and a blowdown of the drive before the truck pulls away. Bermuda grass loves this weather and grows accordingly, which is why the mowing rhythm never slackens between June and September. Each pass gets cut high enough that the turf shades its own roots, so the color holds through the dry weeks. The result is a lot that looks tended rather than merely cut.
