Caldera Lawn & Landscape

About Caldera Lawn & Landscape

Storms reach Stilwell East out of the southwest — dark early, loud for an hour, then gone — and by morning Baron Fork is running high and everything green has put on an inch. Caldera Lawn & Landscape works the days after the rain, when the ground gives underfoot and the mowing has to be done gently to keep from tearing turf. Blades set high, a slow pass, trimming pulled back from soft banks, then drives and walks blown clear of clippings and washed-down gravel. It is careful work for a country that takes its water all at once. What the weather grows, this crew shapes: yards that come out of a wet week level, tidy and squared up to the road.
