About Sheldon Outdoor Services

Sapulpa once pulled its own red clay out of the ground and fired it into pottery the same color as the hills it came from, and that dirt is still sitting under every lawn in town. Sheldon Outdoor Services works with whatever the soil gives — turf that runs hard in the heat, thin spots where sandstone comes close to the surface, and corners a mower can never quite square. The weekly cut is the backbone of it, with edging along drives and walks and the trimmer taking everything the deck leaves standing. Seasonal cleanups handle what the trees drop and the wind carries in. Honest outdoor work, in a town that has always done a fair amount of it, with nothing left scattered on the walk.
