About ARC Outdoorsmen

West of Sapulpa the land shrugs up into the Cross Timbers, where blackjack and post oak hold the red ridges and grass has to earn every hour of light it gets. ARC Outdoorsmen works those in-between yards — the ones with an oak shadow crossing them at four o'clock and bermuda running hard everywhere the shade isn't. Mowing here means reading the ground: a little high through the dry weeks, tighter and cleaner once the rain comes back. There's a particular satisfaction in the last pass along a fence line, when the trimmer goes quiet and the whole yard finally reads as one piece. That's the work — steady, unhurried, carried all the way to the edge of the timber.
