Tony Garcia's Lawn Care

About Tony Garcia's Lawn Care

The Marland Mansion keeps its lawns wide and even, and October is when Ponca City grass looks its most agreeable — still green, growing slow, holding a cut for days. Tony Garcia's Lawn Care makes the most of that stretch: mowing while there is still a season left in it, trimming close along walls, walks and fence posts, edging the drive back to its true width after a summer of creep. Leaf work begins about then as well, carried off the lawn rather than chopped into it. Autumn light here comes in low and long and shows every line a mower leaves, which is reason enough to take the turns seriously. A yard cut well in fall goes into winter looking cared for.
