John's Lawn & Landscaping

About John's Lawn & Landscaping

There is a public garden on NW 36th in Oklahoma City where people have been coaxing roses out of hard ground for a long while, and it sets a standard the streets around it can feel. John's Lawn & Landscaping works those blocks — mowing, trimming, edging, seasonal cleanups — in the flat white light of an Oklahoma midday when the shade under a pecan is the only cool thing for a mile. Getting a lawn right here means working with the ground as it comes: heavy, slow to drain, and generous to anyone patient with it. The finish line is a yard where the turf ends and the bed begins in one clean stroke. Do that up and down a block and the whole street reads calmer.
