Don's Lawn & Weed Control

About Don's Lawn & Weed Control

Old Route 66 still runs the length of NW 39th through Bethany and Warr Acres, past neon that outlived its motels and mile after mile of front lawn. Don's Lawn & Weed Control keeps a route through those streets — mowing, edging, and the less visible half of the job: pre-emergent down before the spring soil warms, broadleaf treatments through the season, feeding timed so turf can outgrow its competition. Weed control is the rare kind of work nobody actually sees, because what registers is only the even green where dandelions and crabgrass used to argue. On a west-side spring morning, one solid block of that green reads like the whole street decided something together. Week after week the route runs, and the difference keeps building.
