About All Terrain Landscaping and Design, LLC

Oklahoma City is less flat than the songs let on — the ground rolls off toward the Deep Fork in long red-clay draws, and a yard on a slope is a different animal from a yard on a level lot. All Terrain Landscaping and Design, LLC reads that ground first: where water wants to run after a spring downpour, where the sun sits hardest in July, where a mower can actually hold a line. Then comes the shaping — beds laid out to follow the land instead of arguing with it, turf mowed and edged so the grade looks deliberate rather than accidental. This soil gives up its shape slowly, which means the layout has to be right the first time; once it is, it stays right. When a hillside yard finally reads as one calm green shape, the whole house sits better on its lot.
