Double L Mowing

About Double L Mowing

Lake Texoma sets the weather in Marshall County — the wind off that much water never entirely quits, and it carries the smell of the shoreline up into the blackjack ridges. Double L Mowing keeps yards around Madill and Kingston cut and squared through the long heat, when bermuda grows fast enough to need a week and not a day longer. Red clay, hot afternoons, and a cutting deck kept level: that is the arithmetic of a good-looking lawn in this county. Edges crisp along the drive, trimming close around porch posts and the mailbox, cuttings blown off and gone. A place near the lake ought to look like somewhere you can put your feet up, and that takes somebody doing the mowing.
