Forge & Build

About Forge & Build

Kansas sits up in the green corner of Oklahoma where the hills start to fold and the hollows hold their fog past sunrise. Forge & Build mows the yards cut into those Delaware County slopes — uneven ground, hardwood shade, and fescue that behaves nothing like the bermuda down state. The work runs mowing, trimming along the rock and fence lines, edging the drives where gravel wants to wander into the grass, and carrying off what the mower leaves. October drops a lot of leaf here, oak and hickory both, so cleanup becomes its own season and takes as long as it takes. A steep yard mowed level and a driveway cleared of leaf litter looks like order, and up in these hills that is a pleasure to hand back to somebody.
