About Out On A Limb Tree Service Inc.

Hominy paints its history straight onto the walls downtown, murals bright against native stone, with the street trees keeping the paint cool through the long afternoons. Out On A Limb Tree Service Inc. works those blocks and the Osage County roads running out from them, where blackjack oak takes hold in thin soil and grows stubborn about it. Trimming means lifting a canopy off a porch roof, clearing a sight line at a corner, pulling out the dead limbs before the wind finds them first. Storm cleanup starts early here — a prairie thunderstorm can rearrange a whole block between midnight and dawn — and it ends with the curb line swept. A removal is done piece by piece, and what's left is a bright square of grass where a tired tree used to stand.
