About Cimarron Valley Property Services

North of Guthrie the land tips down toward the Cimarron, where the river runs wide and shallow over pale sand and the cottonwoods flash silver whenever the wind turns. Cimarron Valley Property Services keeps lawns in that country — mowing, edging, string trimming, and hauling the clippings off when the job is done. Out here wind is a working condition rather than a complaint, and you learn which way to blow a walk so the grass does not come straight back at you. Yards near the river bottom grow harder and greener, and they get cut on a rhythm that respects it. Pulling away from a place with the lines even and the edges cut in is its own quiet payment.
