Spring Green

About Spring Green

March in Enid is a waiting game: bermuda still tan, wind combing the walking path around the lake at Meadowlake Park, and underground the crabgrass already making plans. Spring Green works ahead of all that, putting pre-emergent down before the soil warms, then fertilization through the season, broadleaf weed control and aeration to let air and water into ground that sets up hard. The payoff arrives later, in turf that fills in uniform while the dandelions stop at the property line. Treatments follow the calendar of this particular climate, which swings from ice storms to a hundred degrees and asks a great deal of any grass. Taken in order, it holds.
