Sparky's Lawn Care

About Sparky's Lawn Care

By July the asphalt on a long Edmond street throws up a shimmer you can see from a block away, and grass either has what it needs by then or it does not. Sparky's Lawn Care runs early through that stretch, mowing high so the bermuda can shade its own roots, sharpening blades often because a torn cut browns out fast in that kind of heat. Trimming and edging happen every visit, not every other one. Fertilizer and weed control go down on the schedule the season sets rather than whenever there is time. There is a plain pleasure in pulling away from a yard at nine in the morning with the sun already hard and the work already behind you.
