About Cardinal Outdoor Services LLC

March arrives in Cushing all at once: redbud lighting up the fencerows along the section roads north of town, the Cimarron running high and the color of coffee with cream, and every lawn in Payne County waking on the same warm week. Cardinal Outdoor Services LLC meets that first green rush with mowing, trimming, edging and a thorough cleanup of everything winter piled in the corners. Spring here is not gentle — it comes in with wind and sudden rain, and grass that was dormant on Friday needs a cut by Tuesday. Keeping ahead of it takes steady rounds and an eye for when a yard is ready, not just when the calendar says so. There is a real pleasure in that first cut of the year, the smell of it, and a lawn that finally looks like someone is paying attention again.
