Tomorrow's Lawn Service

About Tomorrow's Lawn Service

Green Country storms build up out of the southwest and come over the Verdigris bottoms in a hurry, and the morning after one, every lawn in Rogers County has grown an inch out of spite. Tomorrow's Lawn Service works that ground where the river towns flatten out and the soil turns dark and generous. Mowing once the yards dry enough to hold a wheel, trimming the fence rows, edging back the walks, and cleaning up the twigs and leaf litter a night of wind leaves scattered. Getting a soaked, storm-strewn yard back to something orderly is honest satisfaction, and it is most of the job from May onward. The name says it plainly enough: whatever the sky did, the grass still has to be handled.
