Checotah Tree Service

About Checotah Tree Service

West of Checotah the water of Eufaula opens out wide and the wind comes off it with nothing to break the run. Checotah Tree Service works the town and the section roads around it, doing tree removal along fence lines, tree trimming and pruning for the pecans and oaks that shade the older homes off the main street. Summer here is long and bright, and the shade of a well-kept tree is worth more than almost anything else on a property in August. When storms cross McIntosh County, storm damage cleanup means clearing a lane, a driveway, a gate — the practical things that let a place function again. The work ends when the ground is raked and the wood is out, and the yard looks the way it looked before the weather had its say.
