About Hunter Greenscapes

October in the Cross Timbers turns the post oaks and blackjacks around Chandler a stubborn rust color, and the leaves come down in waves rather than all at once. Hunter Greenscapes works through that drift, mowing while the grass still asks for it, hauling leaves off lawns, walks and drives, trimming the last soft growth along the beds. Dappled shade makes for uneven turf, so the cut gets read yard by yard instead of set once for a whole block. There is a particular pleasure in a lawn cleared in afternoon light, brown oaks overhead and nothing underfoot but grass. Come November those same yards go into the cold looking tidy.
