About McNiel Auction Services

An old place out on a Creek County section road tells you its story in the grass — the hay meadow gone shaggy, the yard ring around the house, the strip where a lane used to run. McNiel Auction Services mows those properties into readable shape, cutting the yard down even and clearing the growth back from outbuildings, gates and fence lines. Sale days come most often in autumn, when the sumac has turned and the north wind starts arriving with weight behind it, so the work has to hold up under gray skies and short daylight. Clippings and brush are gathered rather than scattered, leaving open ground where people can walk. Routine mowing continues after, on whatever schedule the place needs to stay presentable.
