Drews Lawn Crew

About Drews Lawn Crew

Bokchito takes its name from the Choctaw words for big creek, and the country around it still explains why — creek bottoms, rolling hay meadows, timber standing along the water. Summer mornings come up thick and humid here, and by nine the day has made its intentions clear. Drews Lawn Crew gets out ahead of that: mowing, string trimming along fence lines and outbuildings, edging where grass meets gravel and concrete. Country yards run bigger than town yards and take longer, and there's real satisfaction in watching a whole wide lot come out even. Come evening the cut lawn holds the day's heat, the frogs start up down in the creek, and the place looks like somebody's home.
