About whitetail landscaping

Out where Blanchard's yards give way to timber, the deer step into the open at dusk along the tree line and stand a moment in the last of the light before they cross. whitetail landscaping works that edge of town, where mowed ground meets oak scrub and the mower has to know exactly where to stop. Mowing, trimming along fence rows and timber lines, edging, and clearing the leaf litter that drifts in off the trees. Beds get their shape held so the wild side stays on its own side of the line. There's a good feeling in a yard that's neat right up to where the woods begin, and no further.
