About MRB Lawn Service

Late in the day the low sun comes down Main Street and warms the brick faces of downtown Ardmore, and the rail line that splits this town north from south goes gold along the ballast. MRB Lawn Service works the blocks on either side of it — mowing, string trimming, edging the strip between sidewalk and curb until the line reads straight from the porch. Summers here run long and bright, and a yard tended on a steady week holds its color better than one rescued in a hurry. Clippings get blown back off the walk instead of left to scatter, because the finish is half the job. Small streets, close-cut grass, and a town that still looks best in the last hour of light.
