Lambert Pest and Turf

About Lambert Pest and Turf

By the end of July an Ardmore lawn has been through a trial — weeks over a hundred, hard red clay, and every insect in southern Oklahoma taking an interest. Lambert Pest and Turf reads those yards in the cool of the evening, looking for the thin gray patches, the chewed roots, the mounds that appear overnight after a rain. Turf fertilization on a season-long plan, broadleaf and crabgrass control, grub and chinch bug treatment, fire ant work, aeration to open compacted ground, plus mowing and edging to keep the whole thing looking sharp. Healthy turf is the best defense there is, and building it takes attention across the entire year rather than one heroic afternoon. A lawn that comes through August still dense and green is the result worth chasing.
