Southern Grounds Lawn and Landscape

About Southern Grounds Lawn and Landscape

South of Altus the land runs on toward Olustee and Eldorado with almost nothing to stop the eye, and in late autumn the low sun turns the whole plain a soft gold for about an hour. Southern Grounds Lawn and Landscape works that end of the county, mowing yards and open ground from the first green of spring through the last cut of the year. Each visit is the same discipline: cut level, trim what the mower misses, edge the drives and walks, clear the debris off the concrete. Overgrown ground gets knocked back and then held. There is a plain pleasure in leaving a place better ordered than you found it, and that is the whole of the trade out here.
