A & A Tree Services

About A & A Tree Services

Out at Altus the wheat country runs flat to the horizon until the granite of the Wichitas breaks it, and every tree in town is there because someone watered it through a southwest Oklahoma July. A & A Tree Services treats them accordingly — pruning with restraint, tree trimming that keeps a shade tree healthy rather than merely smaller, tree removal only when a trunk has truly given out. The wind here is a constant partner, and after a spring storm crosses Jackson County the storm damage cleanup calls come in from every direction at once. There is quiet pride in handing back a yard swept bare of splinters, the shade still standing where a family expects to find it. In a country this open, a tree is not decoration — it is the coolest place on the property.
