About The Ohio Grassmen LLC

East of the river the land rolls up into ridge farms and long open lawns where a squall can cross the whole horizon before it ever reaches the driveway. The Ohio Grassmen LLC handles both halves of that country — cutting, trimming and cleanups through the growing months, then plowing, shoveling and salting once the ridges go white. Big grass needs a plan, and so does a plowed lane running out to a county road in the dark. There is something plain and good about a wide lawn cut in even passes with the hills stacked up behind it. From Zanesville out toward Dresden and Adamsville, that is the work and it suits the ground.
