Rob's snow removal service

About Rob's snow removal service

East of the city, out where Hubbard and Coitsville run up against the Pennsylvania line, the first squall lanes of the season usually make landfall before anyone downtown has scraped a windshield. Rob's snow removal service watches for those bands and works the black hours behind them, dropping the blade on driveways and lots, clearing the packed ridge across the end of the drive, spreading salt where the melt will refreeze by dawn. Country roads and hill farms mean long approaches and drifting fence lines, so the job is as much about knowing where snow piles as about pushing it. Nobody sees the truck; everybody sees the result at seven in the morning. That is the trade, and it is a good one.
