About UpKeep Property Services LLC

Five paved trails come together at Xenia Station, and by mid-morning half of Greene County has rolled through town on two wheels. UpKeep Property Services LLC works the lawns along those same streets — the flat glacial ground on the west side, the shaded yards up toward Shawnee Park, the long open lots out past Wilberforce. Summer here arrives humid and quick, an inch of new growth after every thunderhead that slides up the Little Miami valley, and the answer is simply to come back and cut it again. A mower line laid straight, a crisp edge along the walk, the clippings blown clean off the drive: small things, and the whole block reads better for them. Xenia took its name from a Greek word meaning hospitality, and a yard kept tidy is a quiet version of that.
